Top Clean Packaging Group becomes a global player with the acquisition of Axcesor in the United States

Founded in 1992, Axcesor is a specialized manufacturer focused on the production and assembly of devices using thermoplastic injection molding (e.g., orthodontic accessories, portable electrocardiographs, custom cables, overmolded surgical blades, medical devices, etc.) for several sectors including medical, veterinary, and agri-food industries. Today, the company is primarily focused on the healthcare sector (both human and veterinary), which represents the majority of its revenue.

This strategic acquisition will not only accelerate Axcesor’s development by giving it access to the Group’s resources, but will also allow Top Clean Packaging U.S. customers to benefit from a locally established partner.

As a family-owned group soon celebrating its 100th anniversary, Top Clean Packaging specializes in the design and manufacturing of medical devices. Its expertise is built on mastering complementary plastic processing technologies such as thermoplastic injection molding, thermoforming, liquid silicone injection, sealing, and recycling. With the capability to support projects from research and development through to final packaging—including the design and production of tooling—the Group positions itself as a unique and trusted partner for any company seeking to develop a medical device across the three major continents.

Headquartered in France’s Auvergne region, the Group has grown over the decades, establishing a strong presence in major international markets.

In Asia, the establishment of Cartolux-Suzhou in 2005, based near Shanghai, represented a major milestone in the Group’s expansion. Today, with nearly one hundred employees, the subsidiary serves the entire Asian market, supported by a sales office in India.

In Europe, in 2022, the acquisition of an engineering and tooling company enabled the creation of a Mechanical Center of Excellence and the expansion of the Group’s Research & Innovation hub, offering clients end-to-end support—from design to full-scale production.
